Exceptional! Jeff and Jess are great negotiators! They have made me money in real estate by protecting my sale price when selling and have always negotiated a good purchase price. Over a period of nearly 15 years they have helped me with several real estate transactions. Each time I specified what I wanted and Jeff and Jess delivered more than I expected. Highly recommend.

From the first meeting we had to discuss my sale I was impressed with Jeff’s knowledge of the market and ideas to prep my house for sale. I took all of his advice and the house looked amazing. Photos, Floor Plans and 3D tours turned out excellent from his team and together with his write up, the house presented itself to the perfect buyer.
